The Dark Zone Haunted House in Brandon MS has used FearTicket for a couple years now. We made a concerted effort to increase online ticket sales this past year and it went very well. This is the 4th year I have used FearTicket for the events that we do. I have been so happy with the system that we are now using it for our new Agritainment facility, Dewberry Farm, just outside of Houston, Texas. The service I have been provided has been amazing and I have received support from them not matter what time of day it is. I would highly recommend using them. Don't let the name stop you from using them for a Christmas event as they also have a SantaTicket platform. The Hytix platform they also have is great for non holiday events like we have at Dewberry Farm.

This is our first year offering online tickets at our Haunt and FEARTICKETS could not have made it any easier! The dashboards and interface are very simple and easy to navigate. If you do have questions, Parixit was incredibly helpful and helped add things we didn't think of. Super cool product!
